Start with your space.

Garages

Protect your garage from Rochester winters. Bare concrete is porous, and salty slush tracked in by your tires can contribute to scaling and surface deterioration. A properly installed coating creates a protective barrier against road salt and surface moisture while giving you an attractive, easier-to-clean floor. Protecting a sound slab can help extend its life and delay replacement—a typically far more expensive project involving demolition, removal, and a new pour.

Porches & patios

Bring a finished look to your outdoor living space. Premium flake offers a softer, stone-like appearance, while double-broadcast quartz is another option to discuss. We’ll consider sunlight, weather exposure, drainage, and the texture your space needs.

Sidewalks & walkways

Create a welcoming path to your home and coordinate it with your porch or patio. We’ll assess concrete condition, drainage, weather exposure, and surface texture before recommending an exterior flooring system.

Basements & living spaces

Turn concrete into a more inviting part of your home. We’ll assess the slab and discuss moisture before recommending a system.

And many more spaces. Don’t see yours listed? Tell us about your project—we’ll help you explore the options.

Find your floor system.

We work with a range of resinous systems, including epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurea, urethane cement, and urethane. Your floor may combine different materials in its base and finish coats, selected for your concrete, traffic, exposure, and maintenance needs.

POPULAR

Standard flake

Our popular garage choice. Classic 1/4-inch flakes help disguise everyday dirt and debris at a lower price.

Spaces to consider

Garages are a natural fit for standard flake: the larger 1/4-inch flakes help disguise the dirt and debris that come with daily use, at a lower price than premium blends. Also consider it for basements, workshops, and utility spaces.

POPULAR

Premium flake

A popular choice for porches, patios, and garages where you want a more sophisticated look. A finer blend creates a softer, more stone-like appearance.

Spaces to consider

Porches and patios are popular places for premium flake. The blend of 30% 1/4-inch and 70% 1/16-inch flakes gives it a visually smoother, more stone-like appearance that complements a home’s exterior. It can also suit garages and finished basements when that finer look is the priority.

Premium blends add $0.75 per square foot and tend to show dirt and debris more readily than standard flake. We’ll help select the finish and surface texture for your space.

Double broadcast quartz

A quartz system built with two successive aggregate broadcasts.

Spaces to consider

Porches, patios, garages, and home work or utility areas where a durable, textured finish is desired. We assess exposure and project conditions before recommending the system.

Two quartz broadcasts build the specified system. We’ll discuss thickness, surface texture, transitions, and the demands of your space.

Metallic

Flowing color and depth for a distinctive, one-of-a-kind floor.

Spaces to consider

Finished basements, living areas, and interior spaces where you want a statement floor.

Metallic pigments create movement and variation within the epoxy finish. We’ll help you select colors and discuss the look, surface preparation, and topcoat for your space. Every installation has its own pattern; a sample shows the direction, not an exact repeat.

Polished concrete

The character of concrete, refined to your preferred sheen.

Spaces to consider

Living areas and interior spaces where you want the concrete itself to be part of the design.

We’ll discuss the existing slab, aggregate exposure, and sheen. The condition and character of your concrete help shape the finished appearance.
