FLOORING SYSTEMS
Find the right finish.
We work with a range of resinous systems, including epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurea, urethane cement, and urethane. Your floor may combine different materials in its base and finish coats, selected for your concrete, traffic, exposure, and maintenance needs.
Compare the flooring options below, including polished and sealed concrete. Open Learn more for suitable spaces and finish examples.
Polished concrete
Spaces to consider
Living areas, retail stores, showrooms, offices, and open commercial interiors.
We’ll discuss the existing slab, aggregate exposure, and sheen. The condition and character of your concrete help shape the finished appearance.

Sealed concrete
Spaces to consider
Garages, utility rooms, storage spaces, workshops, and commercial work areas.
We’ll review preparation, the look you want, and the sealer appropriate to the environment. Existing repairs and variations in the slab may remain visible.

Standard flake
Spaces to consider
Garages, basements, shops, and selected customer-facing interiors.
Choose a blend from our standard collection, then discuss texture and the finish selected for your space.

Solid color
Spaces to consider
Utility spaces, workshops, storage areas, and selected commercial interiors.
We’ll help compare colors, texture, and the appropriate coating system around the way your space is used.

Single broadcast quartz
Spaces to consider
Garages, restrooms, service areas, and selected commercial interiors.
A single layer of clear quartz is broadcast into the resin base, then finished with a colored topcoat. The topcoat provides the finished color, while the quartz creates the surface texture. We’ll help select the appropriate system and texture for your space, traffic, and cleaning needs.
Finished look
A textured, solid-color finish. The color comes from the tinted topcoat over the clear quartz.
Double broadcast quartz
Spaces to consider
Commercial service areas, restrooms, and selected wet or working environments.
Decorative colored quartz is broadcast into two separate resin layers to create a consistent, uniform color pattern across the floor. The system is finished with a clear topcoat that seals the surface and showcases the decorative quartz blend. We’ll help select the appropriate system and texture for your space, traffic, and cleaning needs.

Metallic
Spaces to consider
Finished basements, living areas, showrooms, retail stores, and reception areas.
Metallic pigments create movement and variation within the epoxy finish. We’ll help you select colors and discuss the look, surface preparation, and topcoat for your space. Every installation has its own pattern; a sample shows the direction, not an exact repeat.

Urethane cement
Spaces to consider
Commercial kitchens, food-production areas, and industrial work spaces.
Tell us about temperature changes, cleaning routines, moisture, and exposure. We’ll review the product specification, thickness, and finish for the job.

Colors and surface textures are selected to suit your facility and the specified system.
ESD flooring
Spaces to consider
Electronics manufacturing and assembly areas, laboratories, cleanrooms, and other spaces where electrostatic discharge could affect sensitive components or processes.
Built around your requirements
ESD stands for electrostatic discharge. These specialized flooring systems help dissipate static charge through a designed path to ground. We’ll review your facility’s ESD requirements, traffic, cleaning routines, and preferred finish to help select an appropriate conductive or static-dissipative system.
Share any project specifications with us so grounding, footwear compatibility, and performance testing can be considered from the start. Finish options depend on the selected system and its required performance.
Line striping
Spaces to consider
Warehouses, manufacturing facilities, vehicle bays, workshops, and other commercial spaces that need clearly marked routes or designated areas.
Preparation before coating
We shotblast the concrete in the areas to be striped, then apply the coating. This prepares the surface for adhesion and gives the markings a properly prepared foundation.
We’ll review your layout, line widths, colors, traffic, and cleaning requirements to help define pedestrian walkways, equipment zones, vehicle lanes, and storage areas.
More specialty systems
Tell us about your space, the look you want, and any specialized performance requirements. We’ll review the concrete and recommend options beyond the systems listed above.
